Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a repair?
Use our Online Booking Wizard to select your device, services, and preferred time slot. You'll receive instant confirmation via WhatsApp.

Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can cancel up to 4 hours before your slot via the link in your confirmation message or by calling us.

Collections & Deliveries

Where do you collect from?
We offer door-to-door collection across Randhart, Alberton (R149), Johannesburg South (R149), and Greater Gauteng (R199).

How long does a repair take?
Most mobile device repairs are completed in under 30 minutes with our express guarantee. Check our Apple or Android pages for specific ETAs.

Payments & Billing

When do I pay?
For collections, you pay once the repair is complete and verified. For walk-ins, payment is required before device discharge.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Visa/Mastercard, SnapScan, Zapper, and Instant EFT (Ozow/Peach Payments). Payment is due on completion.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! Every MobiDokta repair comes with a 6-Month All-Repair Warranty on both premiums parts and surgical workmanship.

Are the parts original?
We use original OEM parts where available, or the highest-grade premium alternatives that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications.
