Terms & Conditions of Service
By booking a repair or utilizing MobiDokta's services, you agree to our comprehensive Terms and Conditions. These rules are designed to protect both the client and the company.
Key Provisions
- Liability: While we treat every device with engineering-grade care, MobiDokta is not liable for data loss. Clients must back up devices prior to service.
- Water Damage: Liquid damage repairs carry no warranty due to the progressive nature of corrosion.
- Payment & Collection: Payment is strictly due upon completion of the repair. Devices not collected within 90 days of notification may be sold to defray costs in accordance with SA law. Nationwide courier returns require EFT clearance prior to dispatch.
- Booking Fees: Walk-in appointments and call-outs may require a non-refundable diagnostic/booking fee, which is deducted from the final repair invoice if you proceed.
